Applying the Seven Spiritual Truths in Your Life – Truth # 7

Greetings from Learning To Flow!
With today’s newsletter, we come to the end of our series on the Seven Spiritual Truths.
Most spiritual seekers I know (including me) tends to make the whole spiritual journey harder than it has to be. We tend to think that there is one more piece of information we don’t have, one more method we haven’t learned yet, one more class we need to take…but that isn’t our spirit telling us this. It’s our ego mind…who uses these rationalizations and justifications to keep us from simply turning and facing what keeps us from seeing and experiencing our own inner light.
The first few moments of standing there in the midst of your own darkness can be terrifying…but if you can do it, you free yourself from the entrapment of living an ego identified life and take your first step towards living a Spirit identified and empowered life!

Quote of the Week
“When it’s all said and done, whether you believe you area child of God deserving of love, health and abundance, or whether you believe you’re not…YOU’RE RIGHT!” – Hu Dalconzo “Self-Mastery: A Journey Home to Your Self”
Your God-like Abilities
Truth Seven:
You have…Godlike abilities
One of the most difficult admissions I had to make on my journey to mastery is that no matter what I was experiencing in my life…I was creating. I found that if I blamed anyone else for my experience of life, I was actually dis-empowering myself.
In taking control of my own power, the next step I found was to stop taking responsibilities for others’ feelings as well. Do you have someone in your life that no matter how much you care about them, when you are with them you always seems to say the “wrong” thing or be busy when they want to be with you? It’s important to understand that they are creating this reality of you. It is their perspective that must be changed, but as long as you are taking responsibility for their feelings, you are dis-empowering both yourself…AND them!
We are all Godlike beings with the ability to create what we want. When we start doing that and ONLY take responsibility for our own feelings, others may perceive us to be selfish. But we cannot create what we want for ourselves as long as we are enmeshed with others’ feelings and spending time thinking about what they want.
If we are to create what WE want, we must take the time to consider what it is that we really want. If you are someone who has felt responsible for others’ feelings all of your life, it may be very difficult to figure out exactly what it is that YOU want.
But ask yourself, “Do you want to continue to create realities for yourself that do not match the joy your soul wants to experience?”
This is the calling you feel within you…to experience the highest joys, the deepest love, the grandest peace…and then to create even more expansive versions of that.
God does not judge us if we want to experience material things. We have to let go of our judgment of ourselves for wanting to experience the joy of having a new car or a larger house or nicer clothes. Once we experience all of that, we may want others to experience those things too and may feel inclined to donate things we no longer use to people who would appreciate these things.
Once we have so much abundance that we feel completely safe in the world, we may enjoy the experience of that until we reach the point where we want everyone else to feel that safe as well. Ever wonder why people like Bill Gates and Warren Buffet give so much to charity…or spend so much time telling others how they made their money? It is because their souls want others to experience the joy they are living.
They have reached a point where more money will not make them more happy…however helping others find their joy does.
The power to create everything you want is within you. If you are waiting for it to show up in your outer reality so you can feel happy, joyful, safe or loved, you are denying your power. While you may get bits of it here and there, you will not and cannot achieve the deep levels of peace, love and joy without connecting to them inside of you first.
As you learn to connect to them, you may find layers of fear-based emotional energy. You must learn to stand there in the midst of that darkness with your awareness, boring a hole through it with your intention to find the peace awaiting you on the other side, feeling the safety of knowing that it IS there. You must be able to face down the illusions of fear before they will release themselves from you.
You must practice connecting to that peace, love and joy over and over. Once you feel it so strongly within you that you feel it outside of your meditative practice, you will find it showing up in your life more and more.
Your greatest challenge at that point will be to decide in what form you want these energies expressed.
Connect first…then create!
Practice!
Decide what in what form you want to express the energy of your creation.
For example, perhaps you want to create a career that fulfills you, but you have been told that you cannot make the same amount of money doing what you love as you are making now. Maybe you have done all of the research, studied all of the statistical trends, demographic studies…everything out there and you just KNOW that you can’t do what you love and make the money you want.
Are you starting to see the problem here?
You are studying “facts” that were created by people who had self-defeating belief systems. Are you going to base your life and your plans on what someone else was not able to do?
Perhaps you fear that if you leave your current job, then you will not attract enough customers or you will not find a place where you can express the deep levels of creativity you feel burning within you.
So you tell yourself that you just have to “face reality” and “play it safe.”
But do you?
Are these not simply rationalizations from your fear-based egoic mind? Will you ever achieve your dreams if you listen to this?
God knows NO such limits.
It is not important for you to know HOW your dreams will manifest. For them to manifest, you have to let go of the how. You must focus only on what you want to experience, what it looks like, sounds like, feels like and then allow the Universe to create the way it will come.
Then practice feeling the wonder and delight as the Universe starts to spin and create from nothingness the ways and the means to expressing itself through you.
This is all that is happening in our lives. Source energy is expressing itself through us. Our role is to choose how to express it and believe it.
Decide what you want. Let go of the obstacles that seem to be in front of you. Face down your fears. Embrace the feelings of wonder and gratitude as what you want is surely coming.
Take action when the little signs start to come through people (God in drag) and opportunities around you.
And if you need help with all of that, ask for help!

Creating Your World
Posted by learning | Filed under Law of Attraction, Spiritual Evolution, Spiritual Growth, Vibrational Being
Greetings from Learning To Flow!
Christ said, “Ye are gods and ye know it not.”
This statement is often misunderstood primarily because we have assimilated a belief in our mass consciousness that we are less than God…instead of understanding that we are God…expressed in human form.
Some have confused this line in the other extreme professing that they were God and this is in error also since none of us individually are God. Even everyone on Earth collectively, along with every rock, plant and animal…is not the entirety of God.
The human mind seeks to define God and has long defined God in his own image instead of the other way around…meaning that humans have bestowed limits, judgments and restrictions on their perception of God.
We have even misinterpreted that God made man in his own image. What would be more accurate is that God made the human soul…the essence of our Self in God’s own image…not our bodies or our minds.
We are unlimited beings and when we start identifying ourselves with that perception, then and only then do our lives start to blossom by unleashing the power that dwells within us.
This week, I encourage you to start using that power to create the life and the world YOU want to live in.
Quote of the Week:
“Life is always flowing to you and through you, but for you to have conscious deliberate awareness of it is the ultimate in truly living.” Abraham-Hicks “The Amazing Power of Deliberate Intent”
Creating Your World
There are many books on how to create our reality. The science behind it is covered in “What the Bleep Do We Know.” It continued with “The Secret” and the Abraham-Hicks material that has been published in the last five years or so comes closest to describing how creation happens…by vibration.
Everything is energy and everything vibrates a different frequencies. A happy thought vibrates at a much higher vibration than an angry one.
Some have even defined the frequency of different thoughts and states of beings. But we do not have to understand any of the science, the vibrations or the levels of frequency to apply this information.
All we have to do is be able to discern the subtle differences in our feelings.
A word of caution…this will require practice! While we all have innate memories of being able to create instantly on the plane where we reside between lives, the very reason that we came into this life to create is because it does take more focus here. When you can create anything you desire instantly, there is no satisfaction gained from your creations.
A similar analogy would be someone who has been wealthy all of their lives. If all you have ever known is abundance, how can you truly appreciate it? If you have only known fabulous health all of your life, how can you appreciate a vitally healthy body?
If on the other side, everyone is love and all of your “relationships” are loving and peaceful, how can you appreciate loving relationships?
Now contrast that with your own lives. Have you achieved the ideal? Have you created realities for each of these areas that feel joyful and fulfilling to you?
If not, consider then the possibility that this is the reason that you are here. Consider that the people who frustrate, disappoint and hurt you the most are your greatest teachers…for they show you where you have yet to create what you truly desire.
When you start to experience your life from the perspective that you are a Divinely powerful creative being, then you start to become aware (through practice) of what thoughts you think and how they feel to you.
When you find yourself thinking a thought that does not feel good, ask yourself, “Why am I thinking this?” “Who says THIS has to be MY reality?”
The answer to that is that no one can choose your reality for you but you. You can choose to think thoughts of self-punishment and fear or you can choose to think loving and peaceful thoughts about yourself and the interesting thing is that no one can possibly make that choice for you…but YOU.
No one can think your thoughts for you. So since no one can do that but you, then you have the unique power to practice thoughts that feel good.
Now it’s only fair to say that when you start practicing a thought that is the highest you can dream, it will feel uncomfortable at first. It feels that way because the vibration of that thought is SO different than what you’re used to feeling. It will feel so different that it may even feel like you are lying to yourself. If you feel that, consider that you have already been lying to yourself if you have told yourself anything that does not reflect who you truly are…a Divine being…God being expressed in human form.
This is a crossroads and one you will be at many times as you grow. Each time you come to this crossroads, you will have to decide if you are willing to believe the lie you have been telling yourself or if you are willing to accept the truth of who you are.
As one of my teachers asked me once, “how good can you stand it?”
The answer to that will directly impact how easily your life flows in a way that feels good to you.
Practice thoughts that feel good. Practice images that feel good when you imagine your life and most of all, practice FEELING a higher vibration. All you really have to do is intend to feel better and breathe that in.
Why would God make it more difficult than that…if you ARE God?
Exercise of the Week
Envision something you want, but do not yet have. Close your eyes and imagine yourself with it.
So for example, imagine yourself in a new car. See yourself having plenty of money to buy the car you WANT, not the car you’ll settle for. See yourself in that car. Hear the engine or if it’s an electric hybrid, marvel at how quiet it is. Smell that new car smell as you get into it. Feel the steering wheel and the gearshift in your hand. Hear your friends and family tell you how well this car fits you and that they’re happy that you got the car you wanted.
How does that feel in your heart?
Now open your eyes and look at the car you have now. Do you have that same feeling? If not, just notice what this feels like.
Now realize the difference between owning the car you want and the car you have right now has less to do with anything you are doing than it does with the vibration you are sending out into the world. When you vibrate, when you send out an energy that matches the experience of having the car you want, it has to come into your life.
This is true whether it’s a car, a relationship, your health, being treated with respect and love by others or anything else you can imagine.
What you are living today is a direct match to the vibration you have been sending out. If you want to experience something different, but have been wanting someone else to change for that to happen, you’re in denial of how your reality is created.
If YOU want your life to change, you have to CHANGE your life. You have to BE that change…by changing your vibration.

“When you have felt the silent, yet all-pervading joy of simply being with yourself, you will know that is is what you’ve been looking for all along.”- Pamela Kribbe “The Jeshua Channelings: Christ Consciousness in a New Era”
Where are We Going?
In learning how to heal myself and teaching others to do the same, I have come to understand that there is really nothing to heal. As long as we believe that there is something to heal, there will be. As long as we think we need to DO something in order to heal, there will ALWAYS be something else to do.
We heal fully and completely when we give up all of our struggle about what to do next and simply allow ourselves to truly BE who we are. When we give up, we relax.
This is the same way we achieve goals actually. As someone that has been called a “neurotic overachiever,” I was never satisfied with where I was. Unconsciously, I was always trying to prove that I was worthy of something…abundance, love, appreciation, etc. I was never at peace with where I was. My eyes were always to the future, hence my title of “where are we going?”
When I hear people talk today, they are always worried about where the world is going, what is happening and not realizing that it is our collective past fears that have created what we are experiencing today. If we want to create a different world, we must start accepting responsibility for all that we have created and THAT responsibility starts with each and every one of us.
So this is my “coming out of the closet” article…so to speak. I have been living in the closet of denial for most of my life. I have blamed everyone in my life for my life being the way it was. I blamed my parents, my teachers, my friends, my ex-wife, her family, my family, my co-workers, my managers, my community leaders, my government, other governments, my ancestors…all because I did not truly understand and embrace who I am.
Who I am is an immortal and constantly evolving soul. I did not come into this life as a blank slate as I once believed. I brought in a perception that had evolved to a certain point. I picked parents, soul mates, lovers and friends to be with in this lifetime in order for my soul to continue to evolve. In my other lifetimes, I only worked on a few karmic issues. But this lifetime, I chose to resolve ALL OF IT. So I chose the most difficult path I could in order to evolve quickly.
MANY of us that have had not only some tremendous challenges in this lifetime, but a LOT of them . Many of us made the same choice. We wanted to transform the negative energy we held in our energy patterns into positive, loving energy.
When we came into this life, we looked out at the world and through the perception we already had as a constantly evolving soul, we created NEW perceptions. The perceptions we formed early in life formed the basis of our belief systems. Now while we can certainly transform those beliefs, it is also possible to simply transcend them.
But that requires us to live from a heart consciousness instead of a “mind” consciousness. We have a consciousness in our heart…and when we start feeling for every experience there instead of our head, our lives will start to slow down and make more sense. We start to understand that our mind is not designed to be the mechanism that runs our lives. This is our heart’s job. Our mind’s job is to use the energy that comes from your heart to plan, to create, to write. Our body’s job is to take the plans and physically carry them out. It all starts with the heart though.
When we try to start from the mind first, we fail because the mind (without the loving, peaceful energy from the heart) looks for all the things that could go wrong. When we initially get our loving intention from the heart, we already know it will work out so we aren’t wasting energy worrying and fearing what might happen. We focus all of our energy on what we know will happen.
At this point where you are isn’t right or wrong. You are not “wrong” for being where you are. Where you are is just where you are. Once you accept this, you will not even consider what other people think about you…because it does not need to have any bearing on WHO you are being in this lifetime, what you intend to accomplish and what you want.
Realize that your desires to be more, have more, do more don’t come from your mind. They come from your soul! This is what the soul does. It is constantly expanding, constantly growing, constantly desiring for more, More, MORE! It wants to experience itself as JOY in every way possible and then it wants to expand THAT version of itself.
The problem is that we let the mind get in the way instead of just reconnecting with our heart for the source of our desire. When we are connected, the mind quiets. It starts to understand that raising the warning bells is not needed.
Once we transcend our own negative energy, we can actually help the world heal by transmuting others’ energy. As enough of us are able to do this, we are able to help the world heal.
This is the role of the Lightworker. This is the path many of us are on in this lifetime. This is the reason that our souls are pulling many of us forward.
It’s time to let go, to relax, to tune into our hearts and to finally just LOVE ourselves as we are…today…right now.
Namaste
Jeff
Exercise of the Week:
Close your eyes and take a deep breath. Start at the top of your head and move down to your feet, breathing in every area of your body. Allow each area to relax.
There’s no need to think about it. Juat allow it. Allow yourself to relax.
Breathe into your heart area and notice any tightness or tension there. Notice if when you breathe into it, you feel tightness or tension anywhere else in your body. Realize that it is your connection to Love or your resistance to this connection that manifests lack of abundance, health, love, peace…in your life.
When you establish this connection through your heart to these aspects of your soul and you maintain it through meditation, this energy will flow freely into your life.
Any area of your life that is not working the way you desire it to be is simply cut off from your Higher Self. So be still, be present and breathe into your heart. Allow yourself to connect with Peace, Love, Joy, Happiness, Safety, Abundance, Excitement…whatever you want and just FEEL it.
All you have to do is breathe and feel it. Your world will start to reflect experiences to you to match this new vibration you are practicing.
Once this happens for awhile, you will realize that you have not been creating your world. You have simply spent your life reacting to what has shown up in response to your unconscious vibration.
Connect to your heart. Feel the Love that is waiting for you and allow it to flow!
Fifteen minutes a day is all it takes!

Quote:
“Only you can know how you feel about you.”- Abraham-Hick “Ask and It Is Given”
What Do YOU Want?
One of the most significant realizations I’ve had is how unconscious I was to believing I was responsible for others’ feelings. I’ve discovered through working with clients that this is more of a mass consciousness belief (rather than something specific to me) that has been passed down from generation to generation.
Our unconscious beliefs derived from having parents who never learned how to be responsible for their own feelings. They never learned that their feelings had merit, so they learned to minimize, deny, avoid and repress them…and then they taught their children to do that as well. Our parents simply didn’t know how to teach us how to feel our feelings, to understand what our feelings meant, how valuable they really are and how to USE them to create what we do want.
All of this is possible and if we can teach our children in early childhood how to do this. It doesn’t mean that they won’t face negative experiences in their lives. It means that they will know how to process those experiences to create what they want.
But in order to teach our children how to do that, we have to learn it ourselves. We have to practice new behaviors and new ways of thinking. Most importantly, we have to let go of the unconscious beliefs we have been living out our entire lives in regards to our feelings.
This week, let’s explore how this manifested in the first place and how to let it go.
So for example, as a child the message I heard over and over again was statements like, “I’m so disappointed in your grades.” or ”You embarrass me when you don’t act perfectly in public: or “I’m angry at you so you’re getting a spanking.”
My parents constantly told me over and over and over in hundreds of ways, that I was responsible for their feelings. When I didn’t behave in ways that made them feel good, they projected the anger, disappointments, frustrations, worry, etc out onto me. Their feelings really had to do with the disappointments, anger and pain they had repressed from their own childhood, pain that was being reflected to them in their relationships and how they did not know how to resolve with each other. Since they didn’t feel safe to express their feelings with each other, they projected them out onto me. I was safe for them in many ways because I didn’t have the power to strike back either physically or verbally. They were bigger than I was, so over time, I bought into their illusion. And in doing so, it created an identity in my personality that my teacher has called “a neurotic overachiever.”
In effect it manifested in a constant state of anxiety for me. Since I never knew when my parents were going to suddenly project their anger or pain out onto me, I learned to constantly watch them. I learned to notice subtle nuances in their body language or the tone of their voice and my “overachiever identity” immediately changed my behavior to ensure I wasn’t about to “get in trouble.” I made sure that even if I was already “being good” that I stepped it up some to avoid any wrath that might come my way. Mostly, I learned to avoid them as much as possible. I learned to be alone rather than spark confrontations.
The biggest problem that I faced was that my parents weren’t consistent. One thing might seem to make them happy one day and angry the next. My parents never understood that they were responsible for their own feelings. They, like many of us, thought that they could only feel good or bad based on what was showing up in their world. But this is not how the Universe works.
When any of us hold our vibrational set-point low by constantly focusing on what we do not like about our lives, we attract more of that. So when my parents “observed” undesired behavior from me, they were simply being triggered by a reflection of the negativity they already carried. As they focused on what they didn’t like in my behavior, they were actually attracting more of that. As they unconsciously carried repressed feelings of anger, frustration, inadequacy, hurt and powerlessness, they projected those feelings out onto me effectively telling me that “I” was the reason they felt bad. As I focused on what I didn’t like about their behavior, I started to attract more of that as well. They made me their “scapegoat” and because I believed them, two beliefs because part of my core foundation:
1. That there was something “wrong” with me because I made other people feel bad.
2. That I was responsible for how other people felt.
Looking back now, I know I have manifested this in every relationship, both personal and professional, in my life. If I encountered someone that had a lot of negativity already, my unconscious need to please created excessive pressure on me until I had enough that either I projected it back out onto them or I left the relationship.
In the past couple of years, I have become conscious of how it feels to me when I feel like I am responsible for someone else’s feelings. Overall, the feeling is of fear and powerlessness. This has also manifested in physical dis-eases occasionally over the past 20 years. Few things can make one feel more powerless than to feel like they have no control over how sick or well their body is.
So what I am practicing now is to allow others to be responsible for their own feelings. When someone expresses a feeling to me, I no longer ask, “What can I do to help? What do you want me to change?” For a long time I had made so many changes over the years that I lost myself in trying to be who someone needed me to be in that moment. Because of that, when someone did ask me what I wanted, I didn’t know.
I am now no longer willing to change in order to make someone else feel better, but determining what I want if I feel it may make someone else unhappy still weighs on me. I am practicing the feeling of being safe to want what I want. As a result, I am seeing more of what I do want coming to me without me having to ask.
What I am now willing to do for others though is to validate how they feel and help them understand where it comes from. I can even teach them how to release the energy that drives this recurring experience and how to practice a new vibration that will bring them what they want.
Make no mistake. This is not an easy shift. It is a complete paradigm shift to go from believing you need to constantly monitor your words and behavior for their effect on others and modify it to please others…to allowing others to be responsible for their own feelings. Being responsible for only your feelings can be a huge shift.
When we take responsibility for the feelings of others, we disempower ourselves and them. When we are ready to only be responsible for our own feelings, we are empowered to create our lives as we choose.
Ask yourself if you can make that shift though. How much difference would it make to not be responsible for the feelings of anyone else? Now is the time to change these belief systems and teach our children a different way to live. If children can learn to only be responsible for their own feelings and to create experiences that feel good to them, then they will feel more empowered in their lives…as will we.
Let us know if we can help you make that shift. Let us know if you are ready to learn how to let go of your emotional baggage and how to be empowered in your own life.
Exercise of the Week:
This week, ask yourself if you are holding anyone else responsible for your feelings? Do you tell stories about other people that have hurt you? Do you find your mind going over an event again and again in which someone did something that hurt you or possibly didn’t do something you wanted?
When you blame others, you disempower yourself. What that means is that you are essentially saying, “I don’t have the power to choose my own feelings. THAT person chooses them for me.”
And this isn’t true. You are a Divine spiritual being and the one gift you DO have (unless you consciously or unconsciously give it away) is the power to choose your own feelings.
And since the vibration of these feelings create your reality through the Law of Attraction, you create your reality through the feelings you choose to feel.
You will always face both positives and negatives in your life. The more you grow, the less negatives you feel if you choose to let them go.
When you feel angry, sad, embarrassed, frustrated, fearful, disappointed or worried about something this week, take a moment and validate yourself. Tell yourself that it’s normal for you to feel the way you’re feeling.
Tell yourself that it’s natural for you to feel it and then allow yourself to feel the physical sensation of that energy in your body. Breathe into it and allow it to release.
Know that it’s necessary for you to release that energy so that you do not continue to attract situations to mirror that to you.
When you can do this for yourself…when you no longer blame others for “making you feel” a certain way, you will feel empowered to choose how you want to feel. You will understand the purpose of the contrast that has been pre
You will feel empowered!

Greetings!
We are continuing our exploration of ourselves as vibrational beings this week.
Until we embrace and identify with ourselves as the unlimited beings that we are, we remain lost in the illusion of separateness…from each other and God.
To be able to live from this perspective, it MUST be an experiential knowing, not simply a conceptual understanding.
Otherwise we remain identified with ourselves as a body…or a mind with a body…instead of as a Spirit who has taken on a body and a mind to function on this plane of existence.
As long as we believe we are separate from others, then our perception tells us that the only way to improve the quality of our existence is some form of control or manipulation of others’ behavior.
When we live from the perception that we are all One, then we focus more on how we feel, why we feel the way that we do and ways to improve that. When we feel good and that feeling comes from within ourselves, our world reflects that back to us.
When we experience that for the very first time, we awaken to the possibility that Heaven is here…now.
We just have to choose it!

“If you bring forth what is within you, it will heal you. And if you do not bring forth what is within you, it will destroy you.”

Letting Go
This week, I feel the best way to explain the benefits of letting go would be to share from my own personal experience.
My journey started in April 1990 when I woke up with a blood clot in my femoral vein. It was something that nearly killed me and reoccurred later that year. The medical experts just shrugged their shoulders after running me through every test they had.
In realizing I was going to have to heal this without traditional medicine, I made dietary changes, visited all kinds of alternative medicine doctors (naturopathic, chiropractic, etc) Yet, I still carried these within me for 14 years. I had to restrict my physical activity during this time since too much blood flowing through my leg would result in it stiffening up on me, causing significant pain.
Yet only six months into a process of letting go of the emotional baggage I had carried since childhood, these clots rose to the surface and healed on their own. I witnessed a miracle within myself and in doing so realized how powerful this healing can be. I gained new perceptions into my belief systems and realized how my repressed pain, shame, anger and frustration had affected every area of my life.
I held onto that pain for many years because I didn’t want to hurt my parents and saw no logical purpose for digging up any of this.
In learning to take the most important class of my life…Jeff-ology…I gained a new perspective on why my life had turned out the way it had, why I made certain choices, what kept me from having what I wanted and why I kept experiencing the same things over and over again.
It had nothing to do with wanting it enough, working harder or doing affirmations!
It had to do with MY PAIN, MY FEAR that I carried deep within my sub-conscious. And with each release, my perceptions changed and my vibration rose.
I didn’t have to hurt anyone to do this either. I could just work the process with my coach and let it go.
The realization that “I” HAD THE POWER TO CHANGE MY EXPERIENCE, instead of relying on someone else to change something so I could feel safe, loved or happy was empowering!
My new perceptions helped me to realize that everyone around me was as unconscious to their pain as I had been to my own. I could see it at my job, in my family relationships, on TV, in our government; everywhere!
It is only when I LET GO of my pain and fear…that I was able to rediscover my Love and Peace.
This is my hope for each of you and it is why I have dedicated my life to teaching this course to others.

The Emotional Body – “A Frequency Mixer”
It always amazes me when the Universe gives me a message in a way that I can uniquely understand it. This week, I received an insight into how my emotional body works as a vibrational frequency mixer.
I spent 9 years in the Navy as an Electronics Technician and studied electronic design and theory in school.
In electronic circuit design, a frequency mixer is used when there is a need for a different frequency than the ones used in surrounding circuits. So two different frequency signals come into a mixer and the resulting frequency is a “mix” of the two. The new frequency is adjusted to be somewhere between the high and low frequencies of the signals coming into the device.
I realized that our emotional body does exactly the same thing when I bring something into my experience.
So for example, if I listen to a spiritual CD and it is a higher vibration than I am currently vibrating at, I FEEL better after listening to it. If I watch a TV show that has a lot of violence in it and I feel worse, I know that this transmission is a lower vibration.
Since my goal is to always feel good, then knowing how I feel is important when I bring a new vibration into my experience. If I am not practiced in feeling my feelings, I may notice that I start to focus more on my “problems” after I watch something with a lower vibration than where I am currently. While I may think more optimistic thoughts after I watch or listen to a spiritual CD.
I have been eating a primarily vegetarian diet for the past week and noticed that I feel much better than I have in awhile. I know that fresh fruits and vegetables are high in life force energy so it made sense that they would actually raise my vibration which I can detect because I feel better after I eat. I know that when I eat primarily processed foods, meat, sugary foods – that I feel worse after I eat which tells me that these foods are lower in vibration than where I was at.
Practice noticing this week when you feel better and worse…and see if you can trace the source of what made you feel this way back to a substance, a form of entertainment or even a person. Notice that you feel better after being with some people and worse after being with others.
There is no need for judgment to label people we do not feel good with as bad or wrong in some way. They are where they are in their growth and only they can make a higher choice. You feel worse after being with them because they have a lower vibration than where you usually are.
Just give yourself permission to spend more time with people you feel good being with. Eat more foods that make you feel better after you eat them. Listen to more CD’s and/or watch more shows that you feel good after you have them in your experience.
Do as much of this as you can for a week and journal about what you learned, what new inspirations came to you and what you plan to do differently the next week.
Realize that you can grow consciously!

This week’s Tip to Raise Your Vibration
Start eating foods that are high in life force energy. The more recently that the food has been harvested, the more life force energy it contains.
Processed food typically has very little life force energy. Eating processed food regularly lowers our vibration.
Eating fresh vegetables, fruits, sprouted and whole grains raises our vibration.

I have an exercise that I teach all of my clients to use and one that I have been using for twenty years. It’s called a “See, Hear and Feel.” Anytime you want to create something new in your life and follow the guidance you receive.
Here are the steps:
1. Spend some time envisioning your new situation. Really get clear on what you want and why, then write that out. As an example, let’s say you want a new job. You write out I want a new job because I want new challenges and opportunities for more money. (Make sure you phrase your statement in a way that feels good to you. It won’t be as effective if you write something like, “I want a new job because I don’t like my manager and I’m not making enough money here.” That will send a different signal to the Universe and will not create what you seek.)
2. Write out a paragraph of what you see in your new situation. For example, if you see yourself working in a new place, then envision where you see yourself working, what type of position you see yourself working in, what your desk and office looks like, what the amounts are on your paycheck, etc.
3. Write out a paragraph of what you hear. So to continue our example, write about the positive feedback you hear from your manager or clients, hearing how much people enjoy working with you, hear what you say about your new role to others, etc.
4. Write out a paragraph of how you feel. Write how excited you feel in this new opportunity, how appreciated and grateful you feel, how safe you feel…anything that feels good.
5. Now read this every morning right after you wake up and every evening just before you go to bed. Another option is to record it at a time when you can infuse passion into your “new story” and listen to it at least these two times every day, if not more.
Remember, your inner world creates your outer world.
Create, Prosper and Enjoy!
